Our story
Here at Sykes House Farm, we have been servicing restaurants across the north of England since the 1970’s. Originally pig and cattle breeders, the farm began meat supply with one of the original Farm Shops in the area. We now supply the finest Yorkshire meat to professional kitchens 6 days a week as well as to home cooks across the UK.
Born out of a desire to properly tell our story, Method has been created to help chefs and cooks of all levels better understand the journey our products take from field to fork.
