Introducing ‘Bite Club’, four sessions of an immersive meat culinary Masterclass and dining experience designed to provide a solid foundation of techniques for people who are new to cooking or for those busy families who need some hassle-free get out of jail dinners.
Running on the first Tuesday every month, you’ll build your recipe file until its jampacked with midweek inspiration. You’ll also have the opportunity to try some fabulous wines, hand-picked by the team at Latitude Wines in Leeds.
The Air Fryer
A high-tech food robot from the future but one that shouldn’t be feared! This week we’ll enjoy some delicious sweet’n’sour pork, crispy salt and pepper chicken wings, succulent Yorkshire lamb chops and a decadent white chocolate blondie
The Slow-cooker
You’re guaranteed to find one of these in your Gran’s cupboard. Pull it out, dust it off and let’s get slow cooking. This week is all about flavour and getting the most out of your beloved old slow cooker. Think wine-rich beef bourguignon, spicy pork chilli loaded fries, comforting smoked ham broth and a self-saucing chocolate pudding you’d sell your soul for.
One-pot Wonders
Save some time on washing up and dive into the world of the one-pot wonder. From a flavour packed Greek chicken traybake to a super comforting pork Pad Thai, we’ll enjoy some hassle-free dishes that won’t disappoint. We’ll also walk you through a classic Yorkshire parkin
Batch Cooking
Cook once – eat three times! This week we will focus on some batch cooking base recipes that can be used in a variety of ways to create a huge repertoire of family favourites. A rich lamb ragout, a chunky beef casserole and a flavoursome and versatile pulled chicken. We’ll finish off our four-week experience with a decadent tiramisu.
Dinner Party Classics
Whether you go for a stunning centrepiece, an indulgent meat dish or a spicy curry with all the sides, make hosting a breeze with our delicious dinner party recipes. Host your friends and family, pour a glass of wine and serve up something amazing.
Indoor/Outdoor Cooking
Quick and easy recipes that can be cooked inside or outside. Greg will inspire you to be creative showing you easy recipes that can be cooked indoors or outside on the BBQ or grill achieving the same results. Recipes that can be adapted and something a bit different.
Al Fresco Dining
Bored of cooking the same meat on your BBQ – come and be inspired. Showcasing the best meats and how to be creative for outside dining alongside show stopping sides. BBQ’s don’t have to be just sausages, burgers and steaks!

What is Method?
A unique learning space set in the middle of our working farm, Method has been designed and built specifically to educate and inform our professional catering customers on all thing’s meat.
Method is also open to foodies and families for cookery and butchery masterclasses and exclusive events featuring some of Yorkshires top chefs.

We are located just outside Wetherby, you can find instructions on how to get here, and a map on this page.
Is there free parking?
Yes, we have a large carpark for our guests. Cars can be left overnight, but are done so at owners risk.
What if I have dietary requirements?
Not a problem, at Method we can cater for any dietary requirements, please fill in the relevant box on our website during checkout, or get in touch before the event if you have any questions.
