Join our in-house Development chef Greg as he walks you through the ultimate British dinner party classic – the Beef Wellington.
Take a seat at our chef’s table and Greg will deliver a step-by-step guide on how to perfect this much-loved (and often feared) British icon. You’ll enjoy a perfectly pink Yorkshire grass-fed beef fillet, aged for no less than 30 days in our Himalayan salt fridge, rolled with truffled mushroom duxelles and fine jamon serrano and encased in golden buttery puff pastry.
It’ll be served with an array of decadent side dishes – all prepared and cooked in front of you in our state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen.
The afternoon will also include an intricate demonstration of that other daunting dinner party favourite, the chocolate fondant.
Learn all the tips, tricks and hacks for wowing your guests with a picture-perfect dinner, all the while sipping on some equally fantastic wines, chosen by the team at Latitude wines in Leeds.
You’ll take home everything you need to recreate your perfect Wellington at home as well as recipes for everything you enjoy on the day.

Yes, we have a large carpark for our guests. Cars can be left overnight, but are done so at owners risk.
