What's included
In the 3 hour experience, we’ll gather round the block to learn the secrets of a truly iconic British dish. Greg will expertly guide you through each step, helping you perfect this much-loved (but often feared) classic as you follow along and create your own.
Afterward, you’ll take a seat at our chef’s table to savor Greg’s expertly prepared dish. Indulge in perfectly pink Yorkshire grass-fed beef fillet, aged for at least 30 days in our Himalayan salt fridge, then rolled with truffled mushroom duxelles and fine jamon serrano, all encased in golden, buttery puff pastry. This will be served alongside an array of decadent side dishes, all prepared and cooked right before you in our state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen, all the while sipping a delicious glass (or two) of Malbec, specially chosen by the team at Berkmann Wines.
