Due to popular demand, Chef Ben is hosting two additional nights of his exclusive Asian fusion supper club. He’ll present a vibrant tasting menu to just 24 guests per night, with intimate seating available at both the Chef’s table and the main dining table. Your evening will begin with a warm welcome as you arrive, greeted with a refreshing arrival drink. Following a convivial welcome toast, you’ll be invited to take your seats as the culinary journey truly begins with the first dish, cooked right before your eyes.

Each subsequent dish will be expertly plated and served, with Chef Ben personally describing the inspiration and ingredients behind every creation. To elevate your experience further, an optional cocktail pairing will be available, perfectly curated to complement each course. Prepare for an unforgettable exploration of taste and technique, all crafted by Chef Ben Moore.

With a distinguished career spanning roles within Michelin star kitchens, working alongside Michel Roux Jr and Andrew Pern, to running the Norths premier outside catering company The Yorkshire Party Company and heading up the banqueting team at Grantley Hall, Ben brings a comprehensive understanding of the gastronomic world to the table. His passion for food is the driving force behind his culinary philosophy, evident in everything he creates culminating in “simply brilliant dining experiences,” a promise he consistently delivers.

We have an extensive drinks list available on the evening of both alcoholic and 0.0 alternatives plus we have a wine flight, designed by our friends at Yorkshire Vintners, for an additional £45pp, featuring some delicious, complementary pairings.

Cauliflower three ways

Charred and Roasted Cauliflower with a Teriyaki Glaze. Creamed Cauliflower with Confit Garlic and Nori. Pickled Ginger and Pickled Cauliflower.

Glazed chicken satay with a Thai chicken farce

Chicken thai broth. Baby vegetables and samphire.

Steamed monkfish tail

Kelp. Sea vegetables. Red pepper, Tandoori sauce. Glazed pearl onions.

Dexter beef steak

A unique learning space set in the middle of our working farm, Method has been designed and built specifically to educate and inform our professional catering customers on all thing’s meat.

Method is also open to foodies and families for cookery and butchery masterclasses and exclusive events featuring some of Yorkshires top chefs.

We are located just outside Wetherby, you can find instructions on how to get here, and a map on this page.

Is there free parking?

Yes, we have a large carpark for our guests. Cars can be left overnight, but are done so at owners risk.

What if I have dietary requirements?
