Price range: £75.00 through £150.00

After a sell-out takeover in January, we are delighted to welcome back Chef Andy for an exclusive evening showcasing the very best of seasonal British cooking. With a limited capacity of just 28 guests, this event offers a rare and intimate look at Andy’s craft. You can choose to be right at the heart of the action with a place at the Chef’s table, or opt for a spot at our communal dining tables to enjoy an elevated multi-course tasting menu. More information

Your evening begins with a warm welcome and a refreshing arrival drink, setting the tone for an intimate night of culinary craft. Once everyone has settled in, you will be invited to your seats to take in the incredible aromas as the first course of the evening takes shape right before your eyes. Throughout the night, Chef Andy will personally present each expertly plated dish, sharing the seasonal inspirations behind his work. Prepare for an unforgettable exploration of taste and technique, with every element designed to highlight the exceptional quality of our regional ingredients.

Andy Wareing, owner and head chef, brings over twenty years of experience from some of the industry’s most demanding kitchens. His career began in the luxury chalets of the French Alps and refined Rosette-standard restaurants before he moved into executive-level event catering, managing everything from private dining to large-scale hospitality at major sporting events.

In 2025, Andy’s technical precision and dedication to regional produce were recognized on the national stage, where he was awarded two “Best in Class” Gold awards at the TUCO National Chef’s Competitions. This evening is a distillation of that award-winning expertise—a celebration of the best of local British produce and the finest regional meats from Sykes House Farm. Combined with Andy’s professional skill and the warm hospitality he is known for, every dish is crafted to honor the quality and heritage of our local landscape. We are super pleased to welcome Andy back to Method.
