We’re bringing the spirit of the French bistro to Sykes House Farm, with a set menu of classic bistro dishes, made with the best seasonal produce.
There’s one menu, no choices and no fuss, just sit back and enjoy a changing selection of seasonal dishes as we do the cooking for you. Our approach is rooted in sustainable, nose-to-tail cooking, making the most of what we grow and produce here at Sykes House Farm and working with the seasons to create delicious food with as little waste as possible.

Think to start French White Onion Soup and Pork Terrine, followed by comforting mains such as Duck Confit with lentils and Beef Bourguignon, alongside other French favourites, all cooked with the care and attention you’d expect from Method.

A unique learning space set in the middle of our working farm, Method has been designed and built specifically to educate and inform our professional catering customers on all thing’s meat.
Method is also open to foodies and families for cookery and butchery masterclasses and exclusive events featuring some of Yorkshires top chefs.

Yes, we have a large carpark for our guests. Cars can be left overnight, but are done so at owners risk.
