Introducing the ‘How To Supper Club’. Following the success of last year’s Bite Club, and after so many of you asked us to bring it back, we’ve taken the idea, given it a little remodel and are delighted to bring you ‘How To Supper Club’.
You’ll get stuck in, cook alongside our chefs, learn as you go and then sit down together to enjoy the feast you’ve created.
Every month brings a new cuisine, new skills and a new supper to master – giving you everything you need to impress your friends and family at home
No experience needed. Just a love of good food, a willingness to get involved and a desire to learn.

A monthly series of hands-on culinary masterclasses and dining experiences, designed with the home cook in mind.
Each month, we’ll explore a different cuisine, showing you how to create a delicious supper from start to finish – and, more importantly, giving you the skills and confidence to recreate it at home.
This is about more than simply following a recipe. We’ll share the tips, techniques and little tricks of the trade that make all the difference, from preparation and cooking to seasoning, plating and bringing everything together around the table.

Method is also open to foodies and families for cookery and butchery masterclasses and exclusive events featuring some of Yorkshires top chefs.

Yes, we have a large carpark for our guests. Cars can be left overnight, but are done so at owners risk.
