With only 28 seats available per evening, this is a truly intimate dining experience. Guests can choose between a front-row seat at the Chef’s Table or a spot at our communal dining tables to enjoy a vibrant tasting menu. Your evening will begin with a warm welcome as you arrive, greeted with a refreshing arrival drink. Following a convivial welcome toast, you’ll be invited to take your seats as the culinary journey truly begins with the first dish, cooked right before your eyes.

Each subsequent dish will be expertly plated and served, with Chef Ben personally describing the inspiration and ingredients behind every creation. To elevate your experience further, an optional cocktail pairing will be available, perfectly curated to complement each course. With a distinguished career spanning roles within Michelin star kitchens, working alongside Michel Roux Jr and Andrew Pern, to running the Norths premier outside catering company The Yorkshire Party Company and heading up the banqueting team at Grantley Hall, Ben brings a comprehensive understanding of the gastronomic world to the table. A unique learning space set in the middle of our working farm, Method has been designed and built specifically to educate and inform our professional catering customers on all thing’s meat.

Method is also open to foodies and families for cookery and butchery masterclasses and exclusive events featuring some of Yorkshires top chefs.

We are located just outside Wetherby, you can find instructions on how to get here, and a map on this page.

Is there free parking?

Yes, we have a large carpark for our guests. Cars can be left overnight, but are done so at owners risk.
