Over the years we have been privileged to build close relationships with some of Yorkshire’s most respected and revered chefs. From time to time, we will be offering very limited spaces at our Chef’s Table events, featuring some of our most loyal and talented professional customers.

These will be bespoke evenings showcasing our wonderful produce. Curated and delivered by some of Yorkshire’s finest culinary minds, these one-of-a-kind evenings will be incredibly special events and seats will be highly sought-after.

We have already signed up some incredible chefs to host in 2025, with many more looking to join us throughout the year. We will be launching these events in the New Year so watch this space and our socials for more information.

We are thrilled to host Chef Dan Graham for an exclusive one-night residency, bringing the precision of a world-class culinary career to our kitchen. From the elite dining rooms of Mayfair’s Le Gavroche to the national stage of BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals, Dan arrives to showcase a lifetime of technical mastery and a deep-rooted devotion to the North’s finest producers. With just 28 places available for this intimate event, he will present a sophisticated tasting menu, personally narrating the stories and seasonal inspirations that define every plate.

We are proud to host Chef Steph Moon for her debut residency, bringing a world-class culinary vision to our kitchen for one night only. A Yorkshire farmer’s daughter who has commanded some of the globe’s most prestigious pass-counters, Steph arrives to share her lifelong passion for local produce and refined techniques. Alongside our in-house Chef Greg, she will present a vibrant tasting menu, narrated by the stories and seasonal inspirations behind every plate.
