Your evening begins with a complimentary vin chaud on arrival, or for something a little different, a warming elderberry cider, alongside a selection of Alpine-inspired canapés; think smoked salmon and crème fraîche rosti, French onion and Gruyère gougères, and duck confit croquettes.

Then it’s time to settle in and share. Expect bubbling cheese fondue served with charcuterie, artisan bread, cornichons and pickled pearl onions, before the main event arrives at the table. Pierrade brings the fun of cooking your own selection of grilled meats, alongside a cheesy tartiflette and crisp green salad to cut through the richness.

And, of course, no après ski feast would be complete without something sweet to finish. We’ll be serving boozy hot chocolate melting pots with toasted marshmallows and fruit for dipping.
